51st State is a card game set in the world of Neuroshima.
The world you know no longer exists. The United States has collapsed. There is no government, no army, no civilization. New powers try to take control of the ruined country to create a new state: 51st State.
51st State is a card game in which the players control one of the four powers (mutants, merchants, New Yorkers and Appalachians). They are trying to build their own state. They put new locations in the game, hire leaders, and send people into buildings to gain resources and new skills.
