This Ultimate Edition of the game 51st State includes the base game and six expansions: New Nera, Winter, Scavengers, Allies, Moloch and No Man's Land.

In the game 51st State there is no more civilization. New powers try to take control of the devastated land. The players control one of the four forces (mutants, traders, New Yorkers and Appalachians). They are trying to build their own country. They hire leaders and send people out for resources and skills.

Each card in the game 51st State can be put into play in three ways:
- You can invade a location to get a lot of resources at once.
- You can sign a contract with the location to get one resource each turn.
- You can link the location to your state so that you can use the ability of the map.

One card, three possibilities. Lots of choices and decisions to make!
