Between Two Castles Essential Edition

Between Two Castles is a tile placement game for 1 to 8 players. The players are master builders who design castles. This Essential Edition combines the original game with the Secrets & Soirees expansion.

Largest projects require expertise from more than one person. That's why in this game you work together with the players to your left and right to design a castle. So you become co-builder of a castle to your left and co-builder of a castle to your right. Each turn you select two tiles from your hand, one of which you place together with your left neighbor and one with your right neighbor.

At the end of the Between Two Castles game, each castle gets a score. A player's final score is the lower of the scores of the two castles he helped design. The player with the highest final score wins! It is therefore important to divide your attention between the two castles during the game.
