Citadels Duel: A Strategic Battle Between Two Master Planners

Citadels Duel transforms the beloved Citadels universe into an intense contest designed exclusively for two players. As rival city planners, you must develop the most prosperous city, recruit powerful allies, and outwit your opponent through clever tactics and careful planning.

Every decision matters. Construct districts, accumulate wealth, and use influential characters to gain the upper hand. The player who builds the most successful city and earns the greatest fortune will claim victory when the game comes to an end.

A Two-Player Board Game Built for Tactical Play

Unlike the original multiplayer experience, Citadels Duel has been designed from the ground up as a dedicated two-player board game. The gameplay has been carefully refined to create constant interaction, strategic depth, and meaningful choices throughout every round.

With a smooth pace and direct competition, players must constantly adapt their plans while trying to anticipate their opponent’s next move. Every action can influence the balance of power and bring you one step closer to victory.

Recruit Iconic Characters and Control the City

Powerful personalities such as the Queen, the Assassin, and the Warlord can dramatically change the course of the game. Choosing the right character at the right moment is often the key to gaining an advantage and disrupting your rival’s strategy.

The combination of character abilities, district development, and resource management creates a rewarding strategic experience with excellent replay value.
