Duel of Meloch: Scythe vs Expeditions

A Strategic Clash Between Scythe and Expeditions

Duel of Meloch is a standalone two-player board game that brings together the worlds of Scythe and Expeditions in an intense head-to-head battle. Designed for quick yet highly strategic gameplay, each match lasts around 45 minutes and offers a unique asymmetric experience.

What makes Duel of Meloch truly special is that one player uses the rules and components inspired by Scythe, while the opposing player follows the Expeditions system. This creates a dynamic confrontation where different playstyles collide and every decision matters.

A Compact Battlefield Packed with Tension

The duel takes place on a brand-new double-sided map featuring only ten locations and two lakes. The condensed play area ensures constant interaction between players and keeps the action focused from the first turn to the last.

Victory is determined through a new double-sided Triumph Track. Players race to earn four stars, but there is a twist: whenever a player places a star, the mysterious Meloch grants a small advantage to their opponent. This catch-up mechanism keeps matches competitive and suspenseful until the very end.
