This is an update of the classic Puerto Rico game. Includes a base game with four expansions: The New Buildings, The Citizens (formerly The Nobles), Smugglers (formerly The Buccaneers), and Festival.
This Puerto Rico game is set in 1897 AD on the island of Puerto Rico. Colonization is over and the island is flourishing.
The players are Puerto Rican farmers. They hire workers, grow crops and trade it. The goal is to become the most prosperous farmer.
The Puerto Rido 1897 game retains all the elegant gameplay of the original version while telling a whole new story for everyone to enjoy.
