Space Station Phoenix is a worker placement and resource management game set in the possible future of Earth.

The players are representatives of the Galactic Council, who have been sent to Earth. They gather resources, build space stations to observe humanity, and explore nearby planets.

As the game progresses, the players' actions become more efficient. However, the number of ways to perform actions is decreasing.
