Spy Connection

You are spies, each with a network of agents completing missions in up to 12 European cities for your employers.

With your agents help, you must create a network of secure conncetions between cities. Or send your agents to headquarters to plan new missions. Be careful, as they will no longer be avalable to enlarge your network. Only the most efficient and clever player will become the spy master at the end of the game!
